Please come with a clean face , NO old lash glue in your lashes from strip or mascara , you will be sent home and lose deposit and have to pay remaining balance. All no shows / last minute cancellations will be charged the full amount of service. If the card declines you will be banned from booking. There are no refunds unless I cancel the appointment. Last minute cancellations - deposit does not go towards the next service, you will have to pay remaining balance of service, and just book another appointment. If you are going to be late, please let me know. Appointments are canceled if you’re 7 minutes late with no communication! Please do not book for a friend/family member using your name . Please use the actual persons who is receiving the service, information. Must come in with at least 50% of your lashes for it to be considered a fill. After 3 1/2 weeks you will have to pay for a full set. If it’s over 3 weeks , book a new full set , or contact me before you book a fill. If you come in with no lashes , booked for a fill, your appointment is canceled, no refund of deposit and you have to pay remaining balance of service. Must book another appointment. Please make sure you communicate way ahead of time !! If the website doesn’t let you reschedule that means you are under the required time and you still have to pay remaining balance. If you ask to stay to continue service, you will have to pay double the service to accommodate me running behind on my next client(my choice if I let you stay or not) NO KIDS ALLOWED AND NO EXTRA COMPANY !!!! Or $50 extra and service must be paid for before we start. If not paid , there are no refunds on deposit. Must book another appointment!! You will have to pay remaining balance of service!! Squeeze ins- squeeze in fee (non refundable) must be paid along with the non refundable $50 deposit to hold your spot and remaining balance is due before the service. You can only reschedule twice before your appointment is cancelled. You’ll have to pay another deposit.
